View from Hill of Alyth

Mrs P and I took a circular walk from Reekie Linn to Alyth, following the Cataran Trail much of the way. I like this picture because it captures the rough ground on Hill of Alyth and the pastures below.

The weather was a real mixture of sunshine, cloud and showers with a cold edge to the wind at times. It was the first day that I felt that autumn could be on its way.
