We are so lucky to be able to enjoy the great produce and brilliant service ... let alone the seriously yummy restaurant upstairs ... of The Whaletail in Lancaster.

I'm not advertising them ... honest ... I'm just such a fan. It is great to feel there is a place where integrity, honesty and social responsibilty sit so comfortably with good quality produce and value for money.

So ... here's a little corner of their shop. I needed ground ginger today. It smells brill ... can't wait to try my new recipes.
