These small copper butterflies have had a cracker of a year & still I see them - ok not looking quite as splendid, but they're very much part of the garden still & I still count many on each day, long may they keep going! The common blues have utterly vanished sadly.

No gym today, felt utter pants, the woman curse again, early & appalling on detox - somehow if I ever do this again (sure I will), I'll do the week when I'm not due - but things don't always work out that way. The cravings have been appalling today, but I've stuck to it, but it's been the hardest day so far & I feel so lazy. xxx
