KENNEL BUILDING

Today my daughter Amy, her boyfriend Seb and I went kennel building for a local organization called South African Mass Sterilization Trust who have an annual kennel building day. You pay your money (it is also a fundraiser) and are allocated a number, wood and a plan as to how to build the kennel. They were hoping to build 200 kennels which will be distributed to needy dogs in the townships. After the dreadful rain and freezing temperatures we have had lately I am sure these kennels will be very appreciated.
As you can see we completed our little house and painted and decorated it beautifully. It was such a rewarding experience and made even more so by spending that time with 2 lovely and inspired young people
