Commonwealth Murals

A couple of weeks ago, a mural for the Rugby 7s at the 2014 Commonwealth Games appeared on the side of a tenement at Partick train station. I hadn't noticed it being created but I wondered if the ends of the other two buildings beside it would be given the same artistic treatment. Next came the mural for the hockey, and late this week a mural for netball started to appear. I decided that I would go and photograph them for today's blip, so after lunch with Helen, I headed to the station with my camera. When we were there, the artist was in the process of working on the netball mural and I got a few shots of that. I decided to go with this photo as it captures a completed mural with one making.
