Twilight hour

I really do need to start sleeping; I've got insomnia and I feel like I'm turning into a sleep deprived zombie. The only good thing about it is catching up on reading and the sound of the city sleeping through the open window.

I had a lovely time yesterday looking after my nephew. I didn't lose him or break him. We took him to the park, fed him ice cream and chased him until he fell asleep in his push chair. Good job all round

I'm currently in the park, walking and hoping it helps me sleep better. There used to be an Iron Age settlement, set in the side of the Bolehills. The views of the Loxley valley, out towards the peaks is probably my favourite in Sheffield, especially at this time night.
