Dumb Ways to Die

I have been home all day today having forgotten an appointment in Sharjah for 6pm! I shall have to call my friend tomorrow with big apologies.

I've mentioned this cool game I saw a little kid playing on the plane on my way to the UK back in July. Well, it has actually got me slightly addicted and I keep trying to get to the next high score in order to get characters on the platform. My blip is my last attempt... Also if I can say - aprecious and I have a high score competition at the moment. I'm winning!!! :))

I mentioned my friend Dalice yesterday (who lives in Prague) and guess what - she's started blipping!! I also have to tell you that it was Dalice who first called me Gadget Kid some time around 2003. We worked together. She used to come round to see Diane and me in the morning with interesting bits of news and stories. So now I can officially thank her for my cool name and welcome her to blip and thank you some of my blip buddies who have already subscribed to her journal and given her a great Blip welcome! You guys are the best! Grazie! Arrivederci! (Still eating Italian food.)

PS. Big decision made today. I am going ahead with cancelling my current visa in order to start work - hopefully SOON! :)
