Emin is beautiful both inside and out. He is Kurdish and moved to Bodrum, aged 14, so he could send money home, but he struggled to find work at first as he only spoke Kurdish not Turkish . From that time he moved around Turkey alone finding work where he could, spending some time in Istanbul. He has now been in Kas for 3 years and has a beautiful wife and three delightful children.
Last night he gave me a very moving account of some of the difficulties he and his family faced in the 1990's and I have promised him I will put it in writing and I will but I can't find the words just yet.
