A very tasty South Devon crab

Now appearing in deconstructed format, the meat having been thoroughly enjoyed, together with some fresh crusty bread and a spot of mayo. If only I wasn't driving later a good dry white wine, simply for medicinal purposes, would have been an ideal accompaniment.
