How to Fire a Cannon
At the Menai Seafood Festival this morning, one of the more colourful and exciting group of people were the Hearts of Oak Historical Re-enactment Group in today's blip a curious visitor is being shown how a cannon is fired.
In the background other members of the group are preparing grog, a delicious mix of lemons, limes, brown sugar and RUM - I didn't accept their offer of a sample because I was driving.
This was the first time for the Menai Seafood Festival, it was very well attended and I hope it becomes a regular event.
