New Water Tank

Do blips ever get any more exciting than this.The alternative was the traffic I have sat in today on either the M58,M62,M60,M1.Deliveries to Formby,Crosby,Leeds and Manchester.
Our old hot water tank had sprung a few leaks so a new one today along with a new thermostatic emersion heater.Fitted by the plumber who looks after all the nursery heaters,Steve.It is a lot bigger than our last one so we have lost a lot of airing cupboard space.
Our fence at the front of the house needs to be replaced and I have asked John who does our larger maintenance projects to give me a price but he is busy helping the local farmers harvesting at the moment.
A lot of repairs this year.

Swans and Geese are starting to arrive so the Swallows will probably be going soon.Not to soon I hope.
Weather is good.A little cooler and windy.
