Alfreds Tower

There was a nip in the air at 8.30am when I got to the lake, although the water felt warmer than on Thursday. Swam about 1,000 meters, although it was hard work this morning then a 7km run with K.

Washed my car, it needed it! Then went for a wander around Alfreds Tower, popped home and have planted some new blooms in the pots in the garden.
