What a girl

We are still driving up through France today and am now in Calais, but I have had my phone on my lap all the way waiting for Miss H to ring to say that she had completed the great London swim today.

A huge achievement as she has rheumatoid arthritis which means she is often in a lot of pain, always completely exhausted , and on a lot of medication the side effects of which would put most of us to our beds. She was doing this to raise money for NRAS the charity that helps sufferers.

You can not begin to imagine how proud mr H and I are of her , not so much for completing the challenge, we knew she would do that, but for having the idea in the first place to give some thing back, and not give in to the difficult times she has.
