Lovely between blustery heavy showers, but very windy too..

Dismantled and re-mantled (and why not?) the old chicken house, so that I can house the moody miserable broody hens away from the rest, they do upset the others so.. We have been getting between 24 and 30 eggs a day from 49 hens, 21 new and 28 older. We now have 4 broody youngsters, and have had 14, 12 and 7 egg over the last three days. Not good.. Will build a fence in the corner of the run to keep them separate until they start laying again..
