High Street

The Bakery in the High Street were finalist in the British Bakery on TV. They did not win being let down by their bread, though their patisseries are wonderful (though expensive). The bread not so wonderful and rightly this stopped them from winning.

As can be seen from the Blip the Bakery is owned by the local community and is a run by a mix of professional bakers and an award wining Patissier. (Is this how a pastry chef is spelled?)
