ISS
The International Space Station - I've watched it go over a few times this week, and so this evening I set up the tripod to get a picture of it. I had a fairly accurate notion that the result would be something like this. Since the ISS is 230 miles up, and travelling at 17,500 miles per hour, I feel fairly confident in saying that this is the most remote, and fastest, man-made object I've ever taken a photo of.
