Close, but no cigar...

Saw this blue meanie hanging about this car like a vulture at the back of the Black Rose on Rose Street. He waited a bit too long to actually write the ticket though as two seconds after I took this a bloke legged it down from the building behind and drove off....

Ha ha :)

Went to see Harry Potter after this and I LOVED IT! I don't know how I will cope when the films are finished.
