Rain or Shine

Decided to go out for a blip today, rain or shine. For the past 2 years the trend for this date has been umbrellas and rain so I thought this shot of Padyak drivers with their "padyak" (a mean of transportation here) would be fit as entry as they too work rain or shine with their bikes and big umbrellas.
