Black Eyed Susan?

These gorgeous flowers are next door to me in work. They planted the most beautiful flower garden that surrounds a vegetable garden.
They have a huge selection of perennials and annuals, all which look like they have been given a triple dose of fertilizer. Whatever they are using, it is outstanding!
I think the name of these flowers is the Black Eyed Susan, but I am not really sure.
Whatever they are, I love them!
