Waiting room

I went to the doctor for a cytology (ladies don´t forget to have one, once a year; it might save your life).
This is the view on the outside of the waiting room. An empty children´s playground.
I know kids are on holidays. So where are they? Are they all at home playing computer games? Did they go some where with the parents?
Aren´t there children anymore?
