Seaton Boatman

I had to go to Seaton this morning and decided to take a look at the beach/sea before going to work.On the beach is a rusty old tractor used for pulling a Mackerel fishing boat up the beach.The boat was there but the tractor was more interesting,as I was walking away the owner turned up (forgot to get his name!) He told me how the boat sunk recently(just offshore on a mooring )and how he pulled it ashore with his trusty tractor.
We chatted for a while and he loved having his picture taken.
Any locals know his name?
