Sharp knife + Chopping potatoes = Not my finest hour.

Actually three hours - in A&E. Two handsome doctors, a couple of lovely nurses, quite a lot of blood and a few tears later I am sporting lots of steri-strips and a comedy bandage. And no - I will not be chopping any more potatoes any time soon!
