When we tell folk we have a pet ferret who lives in the house the first thing they say is 'oh doesn't that smell?' followed swiftly by 'they bite don't they?'

No, and no are the answers!

Keep your neutered ferret cleaned out with fresh bedding and they don't smell....socialise your ferret and they don't bite, except in play :) we love our wee man, he is so full of fun and has a great character, and has won many anti-ferret typed over!
