Lunch at the above establishment consisted of:

Crab and prawn dumplings with rice noodles and seaweed, hot and sour broth;

Pan fried fillet of sea bream with peas, samphire, smoked bacon, pommes purée and truffle essence

Despite the ostentatious menu, or maybe because of it, the food was absolutely delicious!

Gill, Fiona and I had a wonderful reunion with Alison, who is in Glasgow for just three days en route from Tasmania to Ireland. We see her so seldom, but when we do, we just pick up from where we left off, which is a sign of true friendship.

We don't know when we'll see her again...
