Before we start the job

The three guys sitting down are glaziers. I'm not sure if they have finished or about to start the job. As there was no mess about I must assume they have, as yet, not started.
My Mum was always one for offering workmen a cup of tea. As most tend to now charge by the hour, I myself would prefer them to at least finish the job before niceties are exchanged.
