Big Beach

Today we felt like going to the coast. Lucky for us the tides were right and we went off to West Kirkby.
Lovely walk and play with Chester and then we also walked round the marine lake.
I love the feeling of space you get there.... It never fails to make me feel happy and appreciative of what's on our door step!!

Fabulous lunch in an amazing coffee shop called aubergine. We spent nearly two hours sitting outside in beautiful sunshine, enjoying the food and putting the world to rights! ( ( I swear I would do a better job than Mr Gove!!!)

Son #1 is off to America 'on vacation' for two weeks with his girl friend today... Hope they have a great and more importantly safe trip!
