"Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness"
So said the poet. However, in Culross this afternoon you could exchange mist for drizzle. We took the dogs for a good walk there but, on looking to the west, saw dark clouds charging down on us and we beat a hasty retreat to the car. We did stop for a few minutes in the Community Gardens where I spotted this crab apple tree absolutely laden with these tiny apples. It is really a shame that the garden is not getting the attention it really needs and is, in parts, going wild.
Anyway, it is Friday again so have a great weekend - it could be the last one for this summer so make the most of it!
