I spy a fly!

Another sunny day to start but cloudier later, still lovely and warm.
Went into Southend this morning, then back home and did a few jobs. Also sat in the garden for a while which is when I saw this fly. Actually the golden rod had quite a lot on it but chose this shot as you could see the pollen. Best large.
