Whale!

Today we visited the island of Coll, mostly because I really wanted to see a basking shark and this is reputed to be the best place for sightings of them. Apparently the basking sharks are all swimming around back home this week - the WDT has posted a video of them in the Moray Firth somewhere between Findhorn and Burghead! Alas, not even a fin did we see, but this Minke Whale came quite close to the boat providing an excellent blip opportunity.
