The kittiwakes have left...to be replaced by ONE show presenters. I don't normally watch much tv but they'd made an effort. I said hello to Alex Jones because I thought I knew her, but Matt Baker was texting on his phone.

I also nearly ran over Iwan Thomas.

Having a bit of a blip rest. The windy up computer is upstairs and so is my bed.....
