Epic Gluten-Free Fail

I saw a recipe for no-bake gluten free peanut butter/oatmeal cookies. I know how to follow a recipe but these were an epic fail; Just a gooey mess. Next time, I'll serve ice cream to the gluten-free person in my life and call it done!
