Take 1 egg - the redo

This should have been yesterdays blog but I wrote it all out and it disappeared into the ether and my phone nearly went with it. To be perfectly honest it was mainly a rant about bus drivers and how one looked at me like I had just done a big poo in his hand rather than the 2 pound coin I had in reality given him.

So today has been busy busy busy skipped a decent breakfast in favour of a dairylee dunker and a mandarin jelly - in a rush! No.5 had left her consent letter for her injection at home so off to school clutching said pain giving letter in my hand, quick trip to the dreaded supermarket to purchase my Mexican chocolate for my cake before heading to the chip shop to help out for a couple of hours. Home to make Mexican Chocolate cake for the baking club.

Managed to get chocolate cake finished just before heading to the baking club it was my first time and I really enjoyed it - I will need to think hard about what to make for next month - there is a heston recipe I want to try !

Surprise - well only for me - labour party meeting then home for tea.

Today's photo was yesterdays lunch so

Take 1 egg : egg fried rice with added chilli and garlic sauce turned into an omlette with side salad. Looked alot better before I tried to flip it lol.
