The last show of the summer: contemporary dance. If you can imagine looking at this photo for 45 minutes, that's pretty much what the show was like -- although they did move! It was called Introspectus and we were informed at the beginning that it was about the role of plastic in our lives, and our responsibility for it. Ummm, OK. We didn't stay for the discussion afterwards.

Apart from that ... I did another 30 lengths of the chilly pool this morning. I'll miss it when it closes at the end of the month. It is a wonderful way to clear your head; I thought of some more good solutions to work problems while I was doing it.
