Results day....

After carrying my Automatic Blood Pressure Monitoring kit around for 24 hours at the beginning of the month - it was time for the moment of truth. My daytime average was 105/73, dropping to 89/56 overnight.

As a result, after 40 years of constant anti-hypertensive drug taking - I need it no longer.

The good advice received from a medic fellow-blipper is that we are too obsessed by this particular set of numbers. And she is so right!
