Pastry time
Making danish pastries take a lot long than you think. You have to leave the dough overnight so it's really a 2 day affair, and the dough takes a lot longer to make than you'd hope. This is the dough before I've started to roll them out. The end result is nearly ready, lemon and lime pastries. I'll let you know how tasty they are. My guess is very. Hopefully tasty enough to bother to make it all again.
