DDW's August Challenge Day 28: "Shocking"

Considering Germany does so well in other areas, I can't understand why our plug system is so prediluvian! A lot of the things in our house still operate on German plugs, as we brought some electrical devices from Germany, and I get a shock off one of them at least once a week! Much prefer the British system..
Quick weird one today, as had a long day and am off early tomorrow morning to see my friend on another island who's not been well, so might blip something more interesting tomorrow :)
