A Fishy Tale

Another great day!

I sat my alarm for five o'clock this morning as I wanted to get a pic of a sunrise, it was very disappointing though so I went back to bed. We headed to Beaumaris midmorning and went around the castle...it was built by Edward I, Longshanks, although it was never finished.

Tom loves his fishing so he went with Rachel on a fishing trip and Josh and I went on a boat trip around Puffin Island. There were no puffins sadly as they have already visited, had their breeding season and gone. We did see lots of sea birds and also some seals. Tom and Rach caught a couple of mackerel each though.

Tom cleaned and gutted the fish and we ate them tonight...delicious!
