(Not a) Golden Sunset...

... which is a shame because it would have been a fitting end to Mum and Dad's Golden Wedding Anniversary, but it wasn't to be. The sky across the bay did eventually become quite pink but not the broad band of gold that we had last night. Not a wasted trip down to the Stone Jetty though as we still got some good shots across the bay and across the prom into Morecambe. Definitely worth the trip and the chilly fingers.
