Phare sunset!

This is Corbiere lighthouse which we photographed from inside on Monday!

A beautiful evening and we are now waiting for the belated ferry back to Guernsey.
Condor has a problem caused by engine damage to 2 of the engines.
They have 4 and were running on 3 (already a dodgy 1) and then another broken which is outside the regulations so, she is out of service for repair, in Weymouth.
They are now having to use a single ferry to cope with everybody which is a nightmare for them, I'm sure!
They are doing their very best and we just have to wait...no problem, such is life and at least we have the car while we wait....sympathy for the pedestrian passengers!
We have had a brilliant few days of escapism but we are looking forward to being back home again!
Tomorrow is big catch up day so, watch this space !
