corn on the cob

I love watching the ways bees approach different kinds of blooms. Sometimes they have to squeeze through a tight opening, crawl down to the nectar and then back their way out (like on a Snapdragon). Sometimes they just sink down into an open bath of pollen (like a cactus bloom). And sometimes they work out in the open, going around and around , like eating corn on the cob.
