Waiting for the bus...

what to do if the bus is not running to schedule and you have a 20 minute wait.... get a free coffee from Waitrose supermarket and a reduced price cake pop - makes the wait much more fun! (Usually we'd walk but today I was so tired!)

D and my first taste of a cake pop.... not bad. Much heavier than I expected, so pretty substantial (I got to eat the half D couldn't manage). The texture was like a rum truffle ball that we got at the local bakery when I was little, which turned up again at a bakery in Mumbai and which you can find in Sweden wrapped in green marzipan.
