square one

my migraines are back. my medicines aren't working.
the day and night is shot.

haven't been in this much pain in a long time. it's like it was all bottled up for the past two years and unleashed itself all at once when i'm at my most vulnerable.. away from home in a house that is falling apart .
the toilets don't flush. the showers don't drain. the ceiling is falling down.
