Take one twice a day

Are we downhearted ? Well yes we are a bit,because of several things. Mainly missbirrell's troubling illness,which is taking a while to sort out,and it's not nice to know your daughter's in constant pain.
So I'm attempting to cheer up by listening to some of my late Dad's tapes of radio comedy. The second plan of attack is to pop out and get some raspberries and strawberries to eat with the clotted cream ice-cream that's doing nothing much in the freezer.
Which will remind me that they won't be in the shops for much longer because autumn's coming,which means it's nearly winter,and the last one was really rather unpleasant .....
I can't be a little ray of sunshine all the time.
