Qazi (A Judge?)

In urdu a 'Qazi'(a judge) is very powerful word. Qazi in courts decides the fate of people. In a proverb (mian bv razi ta kee karay da "Qazi") (translated) (if a wife and husband are happy then what a Qazi can do) Qazi looks helpless but Engr. Qazi Shahzad does not belong to either of above stated categories.
My colleauge Qazi Shahzad is a competent Engineer by profession but a great amuser by his witty talks. By the looks he is a Japanese or Korean but he is actually latest version of Pakistani. He has worked in a multinational organization for quite some time and learned Japanese language skills. His style of management and behaving is also more like a professional. He is very smart both physically and mentally. He wants to join a gym for developing his muscular strength. Why?? He did not tell me.
He is the guy who does not know the diplomacy and dishonesty. He will pours out his innocence with wise words when you will talk to him. He has been able to maintain his innocence though he has faced many horrible times in his short life. In the end I wish him to keep on moving with courage and valour. Amin.
