Bramble

After tea I went out for the first one of the year. Slim pickings, but enough for a crumble or some muffins or summat at least. The stocking of the freezer will have to wait a couple of weeks I feel. I got as far as the viaduct on my wander along the canal, just as the sun was setting over the new Sainsbury's. I stood up on the railings and watched the sky turn colour, all Halloween orange and chimney red*
