The Frame Garden

This painting is in the Jubilee Gardens, which are part of the former open air swimming pool site in Twickenham.

If you know the area, and are looking at this picture on a sensible sized screen, you will see Marble Hill House, Orleans Gallery, the Pagoda and the Palm House at Kew Gardens, Richmond Bridge etc.

Apparently the artist Emily Allchurch and children at a local school produced the painting, taking their inspiration from 18th century topographical maps.
