Busy day today , started at 6 :00am getting John and two of his Boccia team up , ready and , fed then off to Glasgow to board the team coaches for the Special Olympics in Bath.

Then it was my turn to get organised as I head down tomorrow, West Coast bus to Glasgow , then airport bus to Glasgow airport. Had to shorten my volunteer Polo shirts which arrived yesterday, as they are far too long, definitely a busy day.Still all is now ready for the off, Kindle and camera batteries charged up, all these extra technology tools add to the getting ready. Settling down now to finish my book , I still love holding real books when at home, the kindle is useful for travelling but just doesn't compare to a real paper book.

Two birthdays at the end of this week, one already posted this morning , the other bought today and will need to wrap and post off in the morning before heading off. key to be delivered to our very friendly , helpful neighbour who will keep an eye on the house and the boat while we are away.

The hotel doesn't have Wi Fi so I won't be on blip till I get back.
