Yummy pancakes

I love my mini pancake mould!

I don't know why but it is loads more fun creating mini pancakes than the usual big frying pan filled version :) Even though this generates more mess and washing up!

This morning we had cinnamon sugared pancakes for brekkie - scrummy! And the house smelled delicious for hours afterwards.

I might just give mini omelettes a whirl too - and anything else I can think of frying up :)

Good job I am easily pleased!
