- but the south of england. We haven't been on this walk for a long time and were surprised to find three whole fields of sunflowers. Not quite as bright and gorgeous as the fields I remember in Spain (and Auntie Mo in the car beside me, absolutely overwhelmed by the sunflower fields and the azaleas in the motorway central reservations). The climate most definitely has changed.
