Having thought briefly about retiring with my 40 Euro Amazon bounty, I was back in the office this morning.

I was handed quite a neat problem to work through involving some tricky coding. I was on the verge of saying "I can't sort this", when suddenly I realised that I could and I did. It was very satisfying too. I needed that sort of boost - last week was really tough.

Yesterday there was a demo planned in Wiesbaden by the NPD. The NPD are not pleasant people. They also announced that there would also be demos in Mainz and Rüsselsheim - they hope that this will split the number of people demonstrating against them.

As far as I understand it, they cancelled the demos in Mainz and Rüsselsheim at the last minute and that left the one in Wiesbaden.

The counter demonstrators here numbered 500. And how many of the NPD turned up ? 10 very stupid Arschlöcher.
